Refund policy

Contact ZENKOFA at kwesi_54@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Because each piece is one of one, exchanges for an identical replacement might not be possible. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
